Certificate Programs
AQF level 3 and 4 certificates in business, community services, and allied health support — delivered in Cairns with individual study plans as standard.

Wealthhanc's certificate programs are nationally accredited at AQF levels 3 and 4 and offered across three vocational areas: business administration, community services, and allied health support. Full-time enrolment runs over approximately 30 weeks; part-time enrolment stretches to 52 weeks with a reduced weekly contact requirement. Both formats include a structured workplace placement component — typically 80 to 120 hours — arranged by our placement coordinator in partnership with Cairns-area employers. Your study plan is set at induction and reviewed at the mid-point of your enrolment. If your circumstances change — employment status, family situation, health — adjustments are made promptly rather than at the next scheduled review.

A certificate from Wealthhanc demonstrates assessed competency in a defined vocational area. It meets the minimum qualification requirement for many entry-level and paraprofessional roles. What it cannot do is guarantee employment — that outcome depends on local labour market conditions, your individual job-search effort, and factors outside any education provider's control. We do not make promises about salary levels or job placement rates that we cannot substantiate. What we do commit to is a qualification that is current, rigorously assessed, and supported by a placement network built from genuine employer relationships in Cairns and the surrounding region.
AQF level 3 requires completion of Year 10 or equivalent. AQF level 4 requires a level 3 qualification in a related field, or demonstrated relevant work experience assessed through RPL. Your adviser will confirm your eligibility at the initial consultation.
Eligible Queensland residents may access subsidised fee places through the Queensland Training Subsidy or the Australian Government's VET Student Loans, where applicable to these qualification levels. Our admissions team will help you determine which funding pathway you qualify for.
Our placement coordinator holds active agreements with over 40 Cairns-area organisations across all three vocational areas. You nominate preferred placement sectors and geographic constraints; we source a matched host employer. Students may also propose their own employer host, subject to approval.
A 20-minute eligibility conversation with our admissions team removes the guesswork entirely.
